On Sept. 16, 2008,
Jim Glasgow christened the new, ADA-accessible shuttle bus his office purchased with money forfeited to the state by criminals which will be used to transport veterans from Joliet to Hines VA Hospital for medical services.  “We as a society must do everything in our power to ensure that their needs are met...I am honored that I have been given the opportunity to play a role in securing their transportation to and from Hines Hospital for medical services.”
